How can I get some help at home?

Contact our team for an informal chat, and our Care Manager will come to visit you at your convenience.

What type of service does Anglian Care provide?

Our team will provide Personal Care and Domestic duties, including shopping and meal preparation, to help you to remain independently living at home.

Who will fund my care & support?

The following links will give you information and contact details to ask for a financial assessment. If you are able to get funding from the local authority it is important to ask for ‘Direct Payments’ then you will receive the money to purchase care from a Provider of your choice

How many staff do Anglian Care employ?

We have 18 members of staff employed by the company – 16 provide direct care.

Will my carer stay with me for the full length of my call?

A full Plan of Care will be provided, and remains in the house of the service user. A report is written at every visit and these are monitored regularly. A carer is able to leave 5 minutes before the end of a call, to allow for travel, unless the service user requires them to leave sooner when all tasks have been completed.
